Event Details

Greg Price died as a result of surgical complications in 2012 following a delayed diagnosis of testicular cancer. His family is determined that his death will not be in vain. Falling Through the Cracks: Greg’s Story, a film produced by the Price family, offers a glimpse into his life and focuses on the events of his health care journey that ended in his unexpected and tragic death.

The Manitoba Institute for Patient Safety, in partnership with the Office of Interprofessional Collaboration, Rady Faculty of Health Sciences and the Winnipeg Regional Health Authority, invite health care providers, students, leaders, patients, and the public to attend a free screening of Falling Through the Cracks, followed by a post-film discussion and patient safety forum facilitated in part by Greg’s sister, Teri Price.

Join in on November 1, 2019, for a free afternoon of empowerment, problem-solving, and hope.

Separate registrations are required for the film-screening and forum.
